Sikh Dharma- Mul Mantra & Meditation
We will share tools of Naad Yoga, a practice of vibrating divine sound within us and then projecting it outward. It originates effortlessly, deep within the quiet space in the center of every human being, called "Anahat" or the unstuck sound, and then finds its way through our thoughts, our words, and our actions. This sacred sound cuts through the illusion of the world like the sword of a fierce warrior, and also heals us with its energy of pure love so that we may truly experience peace in our hearts.

Sikh Dharma- The Power of Words and the Words of Power: Shabad Guru and Mantra
The vibration of the mantra is like the DNA of all creation, the essential sound at the very core of the Universe. These sacred words are the sound key that opens the lock to transcendent experience. We will vibrate some of these Words of Power and explore a deeper understanding of the Power of these Words.

Winter Solstice is a Shining Gem
We are also fortunate to have the desire toward self realization! Every step you take in the direction of kindness toward yourself and others is a step of consciousness in action. During the days before Winter Solstice there is an opportunity to dwell in the darkness, let go into the unknown and observe our most challenging thoughts. To develop self love and forgiveness is to privately and carefully peer into our own depth while holding onto the light of forgiveness. This is a time to honor that everyone is on that journey and look for the light in every person you meet. Take the challenge! During this holiday season, pause and look for the light in all!
